We launched a new video today – designed to explain the TalentFits recruitment product and had a lot of fun making it. “Integrating candidate video-testing into talent management systems” isn’t what you’d call a catchy tagline – so we got creative.

As an aside for the ladies who feel strangely drawn to the manicured-hands you can see in shot, Matt Little wants you to know he’s spoken for.

Here’s the US accent version at final draft stage. A little rough round the edges – but better than the final version in certain ways:

The final version, which plays on the talentfits.com site carries a UK accent and we added some music and whizzy sound effects… yet, truth be told, if you look closely this “final” version needs work. The pace of the early scenes is poor and the voiceovers need more snap – but life is too short for endless tweaking. We’ll come back to it in time. For now, it does a tasty enough job explaing the talentfits concept.
